I am staying with my Uncle Bill for a couple of weeks before I head to South Africa. It has been fun spending time with him and I even got to tag along on his Monday Lunch at Brian's in Los Altos. These fellas have been having lunch together for years and years. In fact, they all used to work together at Lockheed. They are all engineers an all very clever. Marty (the one on the right) is the young guy in the group. He is a pilot just like Uncle Bill and they have fun sharing old flying stories. Mel (the one all the way on the left) still tutors at the high school in physics and calculus. He gives Uncle Bill some of the problems that he gives the kids to see if he can solve them. They are definitely keeping one another young.

And of course Uncle Bill can't help but to flirt with all of the waitresses. This is Pam, her and Uncle Bill have known each other for a very long time and as soon as he walked through the door she rushed over and gave hem a great big hug. It seems to be this way in most places I go to with Uncle Bill.

Fellas, thank you so much for letting me intrude on your lunch. It was great to hear all of your stories, discuss politics, and learn about your lives. I am so glad that you have one another.
