The fellas did it again! Another great game and this time they beat the only team that has eluded them thus far. And the players on the Reno rugby team are by no stretch of the imagination easy to beat. These guys are huge and they bring plenty of enthusiasm for the game.

Despite the teamwork displayed by the Olympic Club, players inevitably get injured. Every time I see one of them go down I cringe, I feel like the hits are amplified through the lens. It amazes me that the fellas willingly walk onto the field knowing the hits they are about to take.

I get so wrapped up in the moments I am capturing through my lens that I forget about the game. Maybe it is a combination of my mis-understanding of the game and concern about getting run over while trying to get that one great shot. Someone came up to me and asked what the score was... I couldn't even tell her. She must have thought It was funny that someone watching the game so intently couldn't even tell her what side was winning.
